Steps in and seeks to rectify any situation in the county in which a person’s civil or human rights are being infringed upon. Also builds community through events such as picnics, Martin Luther King Birthday Observance, and various educational programs. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month at 7pm at Choptank Electric in Denton.
Eligibility
Membership is open to anyone believing in the basic tenets of the NAACP.
Fees
Youth memberships start at $10.00 annually. Adult memberships are $30.00.
