His Hope Haven is a cold weather homeless shelter program providing a compassionate, energetic life-saving community resource and ministry. It is a faith-based, non-profit organization striving to provide a spiritually and physically safe Winter Haven for people experiencing homelessness. We provide guidance and temporary housing in a safe and dignified environment and strive to help our guests regain productive and independent lives.If you or someone you know needs homeless assistance, contact us from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. His Hope Haven accepts single men and women, as well as family groups, as guests. The shelter opens at 5:30 PM and guests are provided with dinner, breakfast the next morning, and a packed lunch. Shower facilities are available. Guests leave at 9 AM each morning. Guests without transportation are driven into Denton, and picked up there later. The drop off and pickup area is in the parking lot of the court house across from the Episcopal Church on Gay Street.
