Purpose: 
The American legion is an organization of 3 million veterans who care about America, veterans and their families, and our nation's youth. The Legion is a powerful voice in Washington dedicated to preserving the rights we've all earned--and were promised--by service in uniform to our nation. Since our charter in 1932, our American Legion Post has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families.
Services Provided: 

A Veterans organization that donates money to legal organizations and charities that send requests. Fifty percent of our income from slot machines, and from other money-raising projects, is given back to the community. Help us to continue sponsoring scholarships for our children; give aid and assistance to our local needy Veterans and their families, and to support financially worthy community programs and projects. The Legion also runs scholarship programs and sponsors a yearly oratorical contest for high school seniors. Regular events: Bingo every Tuesday at 7:30 PM, Shuffleboard every Friday night at 6:30. Post hall available as a rental for events or as a meeting room. We offer many options to include having our Legion Auxiliary prepare your dinners and assist with planning of your venue. Accommodates up to 250 people. Special features: podium, p/a system, and WiFi. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased through American Legion. Ample parking in front of building.
